No matter what happens in life, be good to people. Being nice is a wonderful legacy to leave behind.

Hi, I’m Amber! Thank you for being here! I’m just a 20 something year old girl who is trying to grow into the best version of herself (like we all are, right?). I am a dancer, exercise physiology graduate student, dance teacher, sports acro team assistant coach, avid reader, coffee lover and college grad who looks for opportunity to learn and grow each day. I have always been somewhat of a helper and enjoyed being a listening ear for my friends and giving the best advice I could. I love having that role because it has always presented an opportunity for me to grow along side those that seek my advice. If I can be the light and give others the push to grow and get through whatever they have going on, then I have the power to grow myself too. I am an avid believer that there is ALWAYS a chance to learn each day and I hope that I can inspire that in you as well.
I wanted to create this space in hopes that I could continue to help others, and myself, figure out how to project themselves forward in their lives and just find growth opportunity and joy in things all around them. This is a place where you will find me pushing myself to continue to strive for the best version of me, while hopefully inspiring you to do the same. I hope that you are able to find something that you need from this blog, even if it just makes you think. I am excited to go on this journey and learn and grow as I go. Please checkout my posts and content and see how you can challenge yourself to grow today!
All the love,
Amber

3 things I learned in August.
As we end August today I wanted to recap a few things that I have learned throughout the month: You get to choose your hard. Don’t lose yourself at the expense of anyone or anything.
While growth and change are important to life, losing yourself at the expense of anyone or anything is never worth it. As a recovering people pleaser I understand how quickly this can happen and by the time you realize that you’ve lost a part of yourself, it’s too late. The truth is, there are manyContinue reading “Don’t lose yourself at the expense of anyone or anything.”
